Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. Capstone Leadership Program launched this week. From today until the beginning of May, rising juniors and seniors will attend bi-weekly meetings to enhance their leadership skills, learn from executive mentors and alumnae coaches, and network with other real, strong women. Through this experience collegiate participants will see how their experience within the chapter can be translated into their professional life. We are excited to share two Beta Eta (BH) alumnae are serving as mentors – Jackie Rovine and Monica Cepero & BH Collegian Ayva Oberman is participating.
Monica Cepero is a MC ’88 initiate of Beta Eta while attending Florida State. She currently serves as the Deputy County Administrator for Broward County Government and serves as an appointee on the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
Jackie is a MC ’98 Initiate of Beta Eta, while attending Florida State University. She also has a B.S in Mass Media Studies from NYU and her JD from New York Law. She currently serves as an Associate General Counsel for Facebook.
Collegian Ayva Oberman is a MC ’18 initiate and current junior. Ayva is majoring in Public Health with a minor in Family and Child Sciences. She serves as the 2021 VP Membership Programming for Beta Eta.
