As Alpha Chi Omega’s member education program, MyJourney connects our core values of wisdom, devotion, and achievement to the life experiences collegiate members face during their college careers. This program is peer-facilitated; sisters from the chapter facilitate discussions and conversations on everything from negotiation to leadership, philanthropy to relationships, diversity and inclusion, and more. This month My Journey focused on Goal-setting, VP Programming Emma in partnership with Programming Advisor, Jenny Sue worked with facilitators – SOPHOMORE: Emily M, Hayley P, Amelia C & Bella C. JUNIOR: Marissa D & Keirsten K & SENIOR – Hailey H & Morgan B to utilize Alpha Chi Omega My Journey Programs with a Purpose. All peer facilitators are supported by alumna advisor, JennySue who shares facilitation tips and tricks with the groups and reviews options for MyJourney, offers suggestions and support each month!
