Member Kylie shared “Attending Bonny Shade’s presentation on sexual assault awareness was extremely informative and impactful. I, alongside my sister’s felt a connection to Shade’s presentation as awareness for this cause is an important part of Alpha Chi’s philanthropy and mission. As someone who has not been personally effected by sexual assault, it was an eye-opening conversation that helped me learn how to show up for those in our community that have experienced this kind of violence, and ways to prevent sexual assault from occurring. Bonny Shade’s presentation was engaging, funny, touching, and informative all at the same time. I want to thank FSL for hosting this event!”
