Every April, the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), one of the many leading organizations on NO MORE’s steering committee, coordinates the national Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) campaign for the month of April to educate and engage the public in addressing this widespread issue. In addition to the many events we host, sisters utilize teal ribbons on backpacks during the month of April to raise awareness for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
