Beta Eta VP Recruitment, Ellie & Chapter President, Gaby (standing in for VP Recruitment Information Jordan) had the opportunity to attend Virtual Collegiate Growth Academy this past weekend. The training was a great opportunity for chapter officers to acquire new recruitment strategies and strengthen conversation skills, while learning how to create a values-based recruitment.
Alpha Chi Omega HQ did an amazing job of bringing the virtual conference to life. From the package of conference and PACE materials sent out prior to the interactive app – amazing guest speakers, breakouts and rotations were were able to connect – grow and learn! We couldn’t be more excited to bring all we learned back to the chapter & are already looking forward to recruitment 2021!
