A yearly favorite made COVID-19 friendly in 2021. The Chapter’s annual Galentines dinner may have looked different with multiple shifts with signups to ensure the chapter was under the 50 person cap and hour time frame.
The kitchen staff, house director, chapter advisor and amazing VP Risk Management Bree Sutherland worked to ensure the event still took place! Complete with individually plated and served salads, elevated main course (Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan) & Chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
The event also had an interactive #loveis … wall, spaced out photo opportunities and took place in the downstairs of the chapter house with tables spaced 6ft apart with reduced seating and a to go pick up option.
